Hours: 14 hours per week, including evenings and Sundays.
Contract: Fixed term until December 2031.
Salary: £15 per hour, or £10,920 per year pro rata / £27,300 FTE.

Required skills and experience include:
- A commitment to the Christian faith and sacramental tradition.
- Experience working with 11–18 year olds.
- Strong communication, organisation, IT, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, use initiative, and build volunteer teams.
- A flexible approach, including working outside normal hours, especially evenings and weekends.
- It also requires an Enhanced DBS check and the postholder must be a practising Christian.
