The Coffee Shop at St Mary’s is a fantastic way to come and meet your community or just add super coffee and homemade cake to your local walk. Our church is a fascinating exploration of history and the surrounding area is richly enhanced with independent shops and walking routes. We are pleased to welcome charities to host the coffee shop and raise funds. We have the coffee making equipment, we ask you to bring milk, cakes, flowers for the table and encourage all of your friends and family to come along.

Enrich your visit to Barnes
Barnes is a unique urban village with good transport links into and out of London, a fascinating mix of unusual gifts, clothes and food shops interspersed with award winning cafés and restaurants, river walks and pubs, and a village duck pond.
Every Saturday Barnes Farmers Market is open 8.30am-2pm opposite the duck pond, one of the oldest farmers markets in London and recently awarded second best farmers market in London and eighth in the whole UK. Everything from award winning free-range organic meats, freshly picked fruit and veg, artisan breads, luxury cheeses, olives, fresh pasta, sushi, cakes to die for, freshly ground coffee, Biltong and a whole lot more.
The WWT London Wetland Centre is a real wildlife heaven, with 100 acres of natural riverside marshland habitat home to over 180 species of birds. Barnes Common is 120 acres of nature reserve with Beverly Brook passing through it. The Barnes Trail is a 2.3-mile circular walk taking in the riverside, commercial streets and conservation area with QR coded information.
The Thames Path National Trail is a peaceful nature reserve and walk along the tow path between Barnes and Hammersmith.
