| Daytime & evening hire ie weddings | £600.00 |
| Evening hire (from 5pm) ie dances | £350.00 |
| Daytime hire (from 8am to 5pm) ie daytime sales | £300.00 |
| Commercial events | from £500.00 |
| Event hire (3 hour minimum) for Large Hall ie children's parties | £100.00 |
| Event hire (3 hour minimum) for Small Hall ie children's parties | £70.00 |
| There will be no charge for St Mary's events | |
